Troubleshooting method:
1)Please check if the file names are correct. File names should only consist of letters and numbers, with the ".gcode" extension.
2)Ensure that the files are not stored within folders on the TF card. They should be saved in the root directory of the TF card.
Troubleshooting method:
1)Ensure that the storage capacity of the TF card you are using does not exceed 8GB. If your TF card has a capacity larger than 8GB, try using a TF card with a capacity below 8GB. Larger capacity TF cards may have compatibility issues with the printer, so it is recommended to use TF cards within 8GB for optimal compatibility and stability.2)Try formatting the TF card in "FAT32 4096 bytes" format to ensure the correct formatting method.
3)If the issue still persists, try testing with another TF card that has a storage capacity within 8GB. If the new TF card is recognized, it is possible that the previous TF card has a problem.
Troubleshooting method:
The above troubleshooting methods did not resolve the issue. It is recommended that you create an after-sales work order to feed back the process and results of the previous inspection to the after-sales engineer. After-sales engineers will help you solve the problem(Reply time :1 working day)
