The Z-axis screw needs to be lubricated regularly. Proper lubrication ensures smooth movement and operation. It is recommended to perform maintenance every 3 months.
Before applying grease to the Z-axis lead screw, first clean it thoroughly to remove dust or plastic particles on the surface, and then use the axial movement control to move the print head to a higher position.
Apply a thin layer of grease to the Z-axis lead screw and then zero the Z-axis. You can repeat the movement process several times to ensure that the grease evenly covers the Z-axis lead screw. When you are done, clean off any excess grease that has accumulated near the lead screw nut.
The dual-axis core guide rails of the X/Y-axis require regular lubrication. Proper lubrication ensures smooth movement. It is recommended to perform maintenance once a month.
Before applying grease to the X/Y-axis dual-axis core guide rails, first clean it thoroughly to remove dust or plastic particles on the surface. Then, apply a thin layer of grease to the X/axis dual-axis core guide rails and then zero the X/Y-axis. You can repeat the movement process several times to ensure that the grease evenly covers the X/Y-axis dual-axis core guide rails.
① Check if the motor wire is loose.
② The corresponding limit switch may not be triggered normally. Check whether the movement of the corresponding axis is disturbed and make sure that the limit switch line is firmly connected.
① Check whether the extruder motor line is loose.
② Make sure that the extruder gear is firmly fixed on the motor shaft.
③ The print head may not be cooled enough. Make sure that the print head cooling fan is working properly.
④) The nozzle may be blocked. Try to heat the nozzle to 230°C and manually extrude the filament to clear the blockage, or use a fine needle to clean the nozzle during preheating.
① The key to whether the model can adhere to the platform is whether the distance between the nozzle and the platform exceeds 0.2mm during the first layer. If it exceeds this distance, the model will not adhere well.
It is necessary to adjust the Z-axis compensation or re-level it.
② When slicing the model, set the printing platform adhesion to "Brim", which helps to enhance adhesion and prevent warping problems.
① The movement speed or printing speed may be too fast. Try to reduce the printing speed.
② The X/Y axis belt may be too loose, or the pulley may be too loose.
① The retraction distance is insufficient, increase the retraction distance in the slicing software.
② The retraction speed is too slow, increase the retraction speed in the slicing software.
③ Enable the Z-axis lift during retraction in the slicing software, and the lifting height is about 0.25mm.
④ The printing temperature may be too high, resulting in strong fluidity of the filament, and the printing temperature can be slightly lowered.
