¶ 2.Replacement Steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the Printer
Before starting the replacement, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power to ensure safe operations.
¶ Step 2: Remove the Control Screen Ribbon Cable
Disconnect the FPC ribbon cable from the control screen.
¶ Step 3: Disassemble the Bottom Plate
①Use the S2.5 hex key to remove the fixed screws of the bottom plate.
②Disconnect the terminal of the cooling fan.
③Pull the FPC ribbon cable from the reserved hole in the bottom plate and remove the printer bottom plate.
¶ Step 4: Replace the Control Screen FPC Ribbon Cable
①Lift the ribbon cable latch, remove the FPC ribbon cable connected to the mainboard.
②Replace the FPC ribbon cable and reconnect it to the mainboard port. (Note the correct orientation of the ribbon cable)
¶ Step 5: Install the Bottom Plate
①Thread the control screen ribbon cable through the bottom plate.
②Connect the cooling fan's wiring connector back to the mainboard port.
③Use the S2.5 hex key to reinstall and secure the bottom plate.
¶ Step 6: Reconnect the Control Screen Ribbon Cable
Reconnect the FPC ribbon cable from the control screen.
