¶ 2.Replacement Steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the Printer
Before proceeding with the replacement, ensure that the printer turned off and disconneche power to ensure safe operations.
¶ Step 2: Remove the Y-axis Motor
①Disconnect the Y-axis motor cable.
②Use an M2.5 Allen key to remove the four screws securing the Y-axis motor.
③ps: The screws marked in yellow secure the ground wire; please be mindful of this during subsequent installation.
¶ Step 3: Install the Y-axis Motor
①Align the Y-axis motor with the screw holes on the Y-axis motor bracket, and use an M2.5 hexagonal wrench to tighten the 4 screws to secure the Y-axis motor.(Note: When tightening the screws in the yellow marked position, make sure to connect the ground wire before tightening the screws).
②Connect the Y-axis motor cable.
