Before replacing the Y-axis pulley, make sure to turn off the device and disconnect the power to ensure safe operation.
① Remove the spring steel from the heated bed and place it aside for later installation.
② Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the 6 screws securing the heated bed.
Be cautious not to lose the spacers between the heated bed and its support.
Place the heated bed and the bottom spacers aside for later installation.
Note: Since the heated bed wires are not disconnected, place the heated bed in a movable range.

① Turn the knob of the Y-axis tensioner counterclockwise, remove it, and place it aside for later installation.
② Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the 2 screws on the left and right sides of the Y-axis tensioner housing,
remove the housing, and place it aside for subsequent installation.
① Remove the belt copper buckles on the front and back sides of the bed-fixed sheet metal using a wrench tool, and take off the pulley of the Y-axis tensioner, placing it aside.
|
|
|
② Slide the bed-fixed sheet metal out from the direction of the Y-axis tensioner.
Use an open-end wrench to fix the nut, then use the S3.0 Allen key to counterclockwise unscrew the 6 pillar screws securing the pulley,
and remove the pulley, screws, spacers, and nuts.
① Take out the new Y-axis pulley and assemble it with the previously removed screws and spacers.
② Install the newly assembled pulley component onto the Y-axis sheet metal.
Take out the previously removed nuts, screw them onto the screws, fix the nuts with an open-end wrench,
then use the S3.0 Allen key to clockwise tighten the screws one by one.

① Slide the Y-axis sheet metal from the Y-axis tensioner.
When sliding in, pay attention to the fact that there are 3 adjustable hex eccentric pillars on one side of the sheet metal,
and the pulley should face the direction of the touch screen.
|
|
② Check if the Y-axis sheet metal wobbles.
If there is any wobbling, adjust the hex eccentric pillars located below the Y-axis sheet metal until it slides smoothly and doesn't wobble.
(Adjust the origin of the hex eccentric pillars as marked in yellow in the diagram.)
