The Y-axis Accelerometer gyroscope moduler of the Kobra 2 Pro is located at the rear of the heated bed, behind the offset measurement switch.

Troubleshooting Steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before troubleshooting, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power to ensure safe operations.
¶ Step 2: Tilt the printer
Tilt the printer so that its bottom faces you.
¶ Step 3: Remove the touchscreen cable
Hold the latch on both sides of the touch screen cable to remove it, and then take the cable out of the slot.
¶ Step 4: Disassemble the base plastic parts
① Use the S2.5 Allen Key to unscrew the 2 screws fixing the bottom plastic parts;
② Use a Flathead Screwdriverto pry open the plastic parts along the indicated direction;
③ Take out the touch screen cable from the plastic parts;
④ Unplug the FAN2 fan cable on the mainboard and set aside the plastic parts.
¶ Step 5: Replug the cables
Replug both ends of the cable harness of the sensor.
Note: If there is glue on the appearance, gently peel off the glue before unplugging the cable.
¶ 3. Damaged Sensor Adapter Board
Troubleshooting Steps:
¶ Step 1: Disassemble the sensor adapter board
Use the S2.0 Allen Key to unscrew the 2 screws fixing the sensor adapter board and take it off.
¶ Step 2: Inspect the sensor adapter board
Carefully inspect both sides of the sensor adapter board, observe whether electronic components are punctured, burned, or if there are soldering issues with PINs.
If you encounter any problems, take photos of the sensor adapter board and create an after-sales ticket to provide it to the after-sales engineer.
