¶ 2. Disassembly Steps:
¶ Step 1: Power off the machine
Before replacing the X-axis motor, ensure that the machine is powered off and disconnected to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Unplug X-Axis Motor Cable and X-axis Limit Switch Cable
Refer to the diagram below and unplug the X-axis motor cable and X-axis limit switch cable.
¶ Step 3: Loosen X-Axis Tensioner and Remove X-axis Limit Switch Cover
① Rotate the red knob counterclockwise on the X-axis belt tensioner to loosen it, facilitating the subsequent installation of the X-axis motor.
② Use the S2.0 Allen Key to unscrew the single screw securing the X-axis limit switch cover and remove the cover.
¶ Step 4: Remove X-Axis Motor
Use the S2.5 Allen Key to unscrew the four screws securing the X-axis motor and take out the X-axis motor.
