The machine supports the function of filament detector, and has the module of broken material detection.
Recommended speed 150mm/S, acceleration 2500mm/S2, printing Benchy only 38min, the fastest 30min printing can be completed, compared with the previous generation speed 2-3 times, printing time reduced by more than 65%.
Kobra 2 can print up to 200 hours continuously, so you can print with confidence.
4.3 touch screen
1. In the case of ensuring that the nozzle wire is uniform, the automatic leveling;
2. Check whether the D-shaped wheel on the Y axis of the printing platform is close to the profile track. If there is a gap, adjust the eccentric nut with a suitable wrench.
ABS has a high demand for temperature, and it needs to be in a constant temperature environment when printing, and it is generally not recommended to print directly.
If the consumables are insufficient or broken in the printing, the machine can detect and automatically stop printing, and can continue printing after replacing with new consumables.
Clean the fan blades regularly, grease the lead screw and guide rail regularly, clean the throat regularly (3-6 months), and clean the extruder gear regularly.
Adjust the eccentric nut of the fixed D-wheel of the platform, and manually flip the D-wheel without moving. Then tighten the fixed print head screw and automatically adjust the level before printing.
1. Check whether the consumable material plate is stuck, and whether the consumables are out of the consumable rack;
2. Adjust the knob clockwise;
3. Open the extruder and tighten the locking screw of the drive gear, and clean the residual powder in the gear groove with a brush;
4. Click the "wire feed" button in the touch screen to check whether the print head nozzle is uniformly discharged. If there is no blocking phenomenon, but the extruder still has abnormal sound and slip, it is recommended to directly replace the new extruder.
1. Clean the fan and check whether there is debris.
2. Check whether the screws and fan cover are loose, and fix them again.
3. Check whether the fan blade is damaged or broken and replace the fan with a new one.
1. Check whether files in the SD card are stored in a folder. Gcode cannot be stored in a folder.
2. Check whether the file name is correct. The file name extension can only be.gcode.
3. Format the SD card according to FAT32 and copy it again or insert a copy of the SD card into the machine for confirmation
4. Check whether the slot of the card is loose.
1. Check whether the printer is powered on, whether the power switch is on, and whether the red LED on the mainboard is on. If the mainboard indicator is off, remove the power cover and check whether the power indicator is on. If the power indicator is off, the power supply is damaged. If the power indicator is on, and the red LED on the mainboard is off, the mainboard is damaged.
2. Check whether the cable bar of the touch screen is inserted incorrectly or incorrectly. Remove and reinsert the cable.
1. Check whether the Z-axis motor line is inserted in place;
2. Pull out the Z axis limit switch line and reset the Z axis of the motor to zero. Check whether the Z-axis is lifted up. If it is lifted, the limit switch is damaged.
3. Turn off the motor and manually rotate the Z-axis to confirm whether the motor is stuck.
