¶ 2. Disassembly steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before replacement, please turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Remove the feed device housing
Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the two screws that fix the multi-color cover, and then separate the ACE Pro inner and outer shells.
¶ Step 3: Remove the feed detection switch
①Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws of the detection module.
②Unplug the wiring plug of the feed detection switch,
③Use a wrench to pry off the feed detection switch.
¶ 3. Installation steps
¶ Step 1: Install the feed detection switch
①Insert the feed detection board into the feed channel slot, and then check whether the board switch enters the feed channel.
②Reconnect the connection wire wiring plug and insert the wire into the slot.
③Use the S2.5 Allen key to install the fixed detection module.
¶ Step 2: Install the housing
Install the housing of the feed detection device, and then use an S2.5 Allen key to tighten the two screws that secure the housing.
