Before replacing any parts, turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
Unplug the ACE Pro signal and power cables, then remove the PTFE tube.
1.Use the S2.0 allen key to unscrew the four screws securing the ACE Pro signal input board and the buffer mechanism.
2.Use the S2.0 allen key to unscrew the two screws securing the cover plate. After removing the cover plate, unscrew the two screws securing the power interface.
3.Peel off the foot pads and use the S2.5 allen key to unscrew the six screws securing the ACE Pro inner shell.
1.Use the S2.0 allen key to unscrew the baffles securing the inner shell on both sides of the ACE Pro, then peel off the sealing strips.
2.Use the S2.5 allen key to unscrew the two screws securing the multicolor outer shell, then separate the inner and outer shells of the ACE Pro.
1.Use the S2.5 allen key to unscrew the screws securing the motor bracket, then remove the motor bracket from the belt.
2.Use the S2.5 allen key to unscrew the screws securing the motor.
1.Replace the old motor with the new one, then use the S2.5 Allen key to tighten the screws securing the motor.
2.Install the motor bracket onto the ACE Pro inner shell, then use the S2.5 Allen key to tighten the screws securing the bracket.
1.Reinstall the inner shell, tighten the screws securing the baffle using the S2.0 Allen key after installing it, then apply the sealing strip.
2. Install the multicolor panel, then use the S2.5 Allen key to tighten the two screws securing the multicolor panel.
1.Use the S2.0 Allen key to tighten the screws securing the power interface. After installing the cover plate, tighten the two screws securing the cover plate.
2.Use the S2.5 Allen key to tighten the screws securing the outer shell, then affix the foot pads.
Install the PTFE tube, then plug the ACE Pro signal cable and power cable back into their respective interfaces.
