¶ 2. Consumables Stuck in the Buffer Mechanism
¶ Step 1: Restart the Printer
When restarting the printer, the gear will reset to its zero position, then try to pull out the consumable.
¶ Step 2: Disassemble the Buffer Mechanism
1.If restarting the printer doesn't work, you need to disassemble the buffer mechanism. First, use an S2.0 allen key to remove the two screws securing the buffer mechanism cover, then remove the blue clip and the PTFE tube.
2.Use an S2.5 allen key to remove the two screws securing the buffer mechanism cover.
3. Use an S2.0 allen key to disassemble the buffer mechanism, remove the back cover and the black interface, then pull out the consumable.
