The Kobra 3 Combo printer has been calibrated before leaving the factory. After completing the operation according to the novice guide function of the machine, it can print directly. If the machine is abnormal due to transportation reasons, we may need to manually calibrate it to ensure that the printer is working properly.

Check if the print head module is loose, as shown in the figure.
1. If the print head module is loose, please refer to the following steps to adjust it.
Use H10 Wrench to adjust the eccentric column of the print head module.
2. Make sure all bearing wheels are in contact on both sides of the double-axis core without any shaking.
3. Check that the X-axis bearing wheel can move smoothly on the double-axis core.
If the X-axis assembly is tilted, please follow the steps below to calibrate it.
1. Keep the X-axis synchronous belt in a relaxed state before calibration.
2. Use the S2.5 Allen key to loosen the fixing screw.
3. Pull the synchronous belt to move the X-axis assembly to the material tray, so that the X-axis assembly presses the material tray.
4. Use your hands to apply downward pressure to the X-axis assembly.
5. While applying downward pressure, use the S2.5 Allen key to tighten the fixing screw.
6. The calibration is completed and the X-axis timing belt is in a tightened state.
If the heating bed is shaking, as shown in the figure.
If the hot bed shakes, please use the H10 wrench to adjust the eccentric wheel so that all bearing wheels are in contact on both sides of the double-axis core without shaking. It can move smoothly on the double-axis core. (No bearing wheel is allowed to spin or shake).
If the D-wheel of the Z-axis assembly is shaking, as shown in the figure.
Please follow the steps below to make adjustments.
1. Please use an H10 wrench to adjust the eccentric columns of the X-axis left bracket module and the X-axis right bracket module respectively, so that all D-shaped wheels can be moved downwards with two fingers at the upper, middle and lower positions of the profile and there is resistance.。
2. It only needs to be able to move smoothly in the profile, and no D- wheels are allowed to spin idling by hand.。
1. If the Z-axis closed-loop synchronous belt is not tightened, as shown in the figure.
2. Use an S3.0 Allen key to loosen the fixing screws.
3. Apply slight force on the top end cover outwards, and use an S3.0 Allen key to tighten the fixing screws.
