When the printer has this fault, it may be caused by the strain gauge not working properly.
(1) Remove the print head shell according to the figure below.
Note: The print head shell is not fixed with screws and can be removed directly.
(2) Unplug the model cooling fan connection line (red line) and the signal light connection line (black line).
(3) Check whether the strain gauge wiring at the adapter plate is loose.
If it is loose, plug it in and try to zero it again.
(1) Raise the Z axis to halfway, and click "Tools"-"Axis Movement"-Z Axis Zero again.
(2) When the Z axis is lowered, touch the print head with your hand to observe whether the print head will rise. If it will rise, the Z axis sensor is normal (operate when the print head temperature is less than 30 degrees).
(3) If the print head continues to drop after being touched, the Z-axis strain gauge may be faulty and needs to be replaced.
