¶ 1.Disassembly Steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before disassembly, please turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Remove the print head case
1.Remove the print head case according to the picture below.
Note: The print head case is not secured by screws and can be removed directly.
2.Unplug the model cooling fan cable (red) and the signal light cable (black)
¶ Step 3: Remove the hotend quickly
1.Remove the print head heating rod cable and NTC cable.
2.Remove the baffle plate fixing the hotend according to the following figure and take the hotend.
¶ 2.Installation Steps:
¶ Step 1: Replace the hotend
1.Replace the hotend with a new one and fix the hotend to the print head.
2.Install the baffle securing the hotend, and insert the heating rod cable and NTC cable back into the interface.
¶ Step 2: Install the print head case
1.Connect the signal light cable (black) back to the adapter interface.
2.Connect the model cooling fan cable (red) back to the adapter interface.
3.Install the print head case according to the picture below.
