Before disassembly, please turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
1.Use S1.5 allen key to remove the two screws securing the printer head cable.
2.Remove the teflon tube, unplug the printer head cable and remove the printer head cable from the clip.
3.Use S2.5 allen key to remove two screws securing the printer head.
4.Then use the S2.5 allen key to loosen the remaining two screws, lift the printer head up, and remove the printer head.
1.Remove the printer head case according to the picture below.
Note: The printer head case is not secured by screws and can be removed directly.
2.Unplug the model cooling fan cable (red line) and the signal light cable (black line)
3.Use S2.5 allen key to remove two screws securing the printer head case.
4.Then use the S2.0 allen key to remove the two screws fixing the baffle and remove the case.
2.Use a tweezer to push out the broken material detection board.
Note: Do not touch the spring, in case the spring accidentally pops out. If the spring pops out, it needs to be reinstalled using a tweezer.
2. Reconnect the material break detection cable.
3.Install the plate and use S2.5 allen key to tighten two screws fixing the plate.
2.Use S2.0 allen key to tighten the two screws fixing the baffle.
3.Reconnect the model cooling fan cable and the signal cable back to the adapter board port respectively, and install the printer head case.
2.Use S2.5 allen key to tighten remaining screws securing the printer head.
3.Install the teflon tube, fix the printer head cable to the clip, and then insert the printer head cable back into the interface.
4.Use S1.5 allen key to tighten the two screws securing the printer head cable.
