¶ 2. Disassembly Steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before replacing the Silica Gel assembly, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Disassemble the Silica Gel assembly
①Move the hot bed behind the Y axis and remove the hot bed spring steel plate.
②Unplug the wiring plug of the Silica Gel assembly.
③Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the hot bed connection line.
④Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws of the Silica Gel assembly.
¶ 3. Installation Steps
¶ ●Install the Silica Gel assembly
①Take out the new Silica Gel assembly and use the S2.0 Allen key to install the Silica Gel assembly.
②Use the S2.0 Allen key to install the hot bed connection line.
③Reconnect the connection line of the Silica Gel assembly.
④Install the hot bed spring steel plate.
Note: After the replacement, please re-level the hot bed before printing.
