After replacing the X-axis belt, you need to perform automatic leveling again.
Before replacing the X-axis belt, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
①Turn the knob on the X-axis belt tensioner counterclockwise and remove it.
②Remove one end of the X-axis belt.
③Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws that fix the ejector mechanism and remove the ejector mechanism assembly.
④Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the X-axis belt tensioner and remove the X-axis belt tensioner housing.
Remove the X-axis tensioner assembly and separate the belt from the synchronous wheel.
①Take out the new tensioner assembly and insert the belt into the synchronous wheel.
②Insert one end of the belt copper buckle into the X-axis aluminum profile.
③Reinstall the tensioner housing to the printer X-axis aluminum profile.
①Insert the belt copper buckle end into the rear buckle of the print head module.
②Install the tensioner knob and tighten it clockwise. The sliding print head module can run smoothly.
①Use the S2.0 Allen key to install the fixed housing screws.
②Use the S2.0 Allen key to install the two screws that fix the ejection mechanism.
