¶ 2. Disassembly steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before replacing the nozzle wipe silicone assembly, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Disassemble the X-axis motor adapter
①Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the housing and remove the housing.
②Unplug the wiring plug connected to the adapter board.
③Separate the X-axis motor housing and the adapter board.
¶ 3. Installation steps
¶ Step 1: Install the adapter board
①Insert the new adapter board into the X-axis motor housing.
②Reconnect the wiring plug connected to the adapter board.
¶ Step 2: Install the X-axis motor housing
Use the S2.0 Allen key to install the fixed motor housing.
