After replacing the Y-axis motor bracket, vibration compensation and automatic leveling need to be performed again.
¶ 2. Required tools:
●S2.0 Allen key
●S2.5 Allen key
●S3.0 Allen key
●S4.0 Allen key
¶ 3. Operation guide
¶ Step 1: Disassemble the hot bed
①Remove the spring steel plate.
②Use the S2.0 Allen key to remove the screws that fix the hot bed.
③Put the isolation column and screws in place
¶ Step 2: Disassemble the Y-axis synchronous belt
①Turn the Y-axis tensioner counterclockwise to loosen the belt.
②Remove the synchronous belt outward
¶ Step 3: Disassemble the Y-axis motor
①Unplug the motor connection wire downward
②Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the four screws that fix the motor, and then remove the motor.
