¶ 2.Disassembly Steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before disassembly, please turn off the printer and disconnect the power to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Loosen the Y-axis belt tenser
Please rotate the belt tensioner two turns counterclockwise to the left for easy removal of the motor.
¶ Step 3: Disassemble the Y-axis motor
(1)pull down the Y-axis motor cable.
(2)Use S2.5 allen key to remove the four screws securing the motor and take off the motor.
¶ 3.Installation Steps:
¶ Step 1: Replace the Y-axis motor
(1)Reconnect the Y-axis motor cable to the port.
(2)Place the Y-axis motor on the bracket, insert the belt and align the screw holes, then use the S2.5 allen key to tighten the four screws securing the motor.
¶ Step 2: Tighten the Y-axis belt tenser
Rotate the Y-axis belt tensioner two turns clockwise to the right.
