¶ 2.Disassembly steps
¶ Step 1: Fix the X-axis assembly
Use a material rack to place it under the X-axis slide rail to prevent the X-axis from moving downward during the disassembly process.
¶ Step 2: Remove the screws that secure the clearance elimination assembly
Use an S2.5 Allen key to loosen the fixing screws.
¶ Step 3: Three: Remove the fixed anti-backlash assembly
Use the S3.0 Allen key to loosen the fixing screws.
¶ Step 4: Unscrew the fixed coupling
Use an S2.5 Allen key to loosen the coupling screw and remove the screw rod from the coupling.
¶ Step 5: Remove the anti-backlash assembly
Rotate the backlash elimination assembly to separate from the lead screw。
¶ 3. Installation steps：
¶ Step 1: Install the gap elimination component
1. Use the screw rod to align the rotation gap.
2. Align the screw rod with the center of the coupling and use an S2.5 Allen key to tighten the fixing screws.
¶ Step 2: Install the top end cap
1.Place the closed-loop synchronous belt inside the synchronous wheel.
2.Align the top of the screw rod with the center of the bearing.
3.Align the top cover with the aluminum profile groove.
4.Pull the top cover outwards and use the closed-loop synchronous belt to keep it in a taut state. At the same time, use an S3.0 Allen key to tighten the top cover screws.
5.Check whether the top cover is installed properly.
¶ Step 3: Fix the gap elimination component
1.Rotating anti-backlash components use their contact sheet metal.
2.Tighten the screws using an S2.5 Allen key.
¶ Step 4: Lubricate the screw rod
Squeeze out a little lubricating oil and apply it to the screw.
