¶ 2. Disassembly steps
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before disassembly, please turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Remove the print head front cover
(1) Remove the print head module nozzle assembly,
(2) use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the two screws on the back of the print head
module,Remove the print head front cover
¶ Step 3:Remove the model cooling fan
(1) Use the S1.5 Allen key to unscrew the two screws fixing the model cooling fan.
(2) Push the lever upward to remove the quick-release hot end nozzle.
(3) Remove the cable from the heating Block Assembly
¶ 3. Installation process
¶ Step 1: Install the heating block assembly
(1) Insert the new heating block assembly cable into the corresponding terminal
(2) Install the quick-release hot end nozzle, fix the hot end, and place the convex
point against the heat sink. Push the rod on the axis of the pressure block upward, insert the hot end into the bottom, and then pull the rod downward. Use a socket wrench to move the hot end copper tube to see if it is loose.
¶ Step 2: Install the model cooling fan
Use an S1.5 Allen Key to fix the two screws of the model cooling fan
¶ Step 3: Install the print head front cover
(1) Align the print head front cover with the hole slot on the rear cover, reinstall the print
head front cover, and then tighten the two screws that secure the print head front cover with an S2.5 Allen Key .
(2) Install the air nozzle assembly back into the print head module.
