Before replacing, turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
Unplug the ACE Pro signal cable and power cord, then remove the teflon tube.
1. Remove the four screws fastening the ACE Pro signal input board and power cover using the S2.0 Allen key.
2. Tear off the footpad and use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the six screws holding the ACE Pro's inner case.
Use an S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the two screws holding the multicolor shell, then detach the ACE Pro inner shell.
1. Use an S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the four screws that fix the motor, push the motor outward, and tilt the motor to separate it from the synchronous belt.
2. Use an S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the four screws that fix the motor, push the motor outward, and tilt the motor to separate it from the synchronous belt.
4. Use an S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the shift dial and remove the shift dial.
5. Remove the driven wheel assembly, and pay attention to the bearings at both ends falling off.
6. Remove the main drive shaft from the synchronous belt.
Put a 140mm synchronous belt through the transmission main shaft assembly, and place the 4 bearing adjustment positions in the corresponding slots.
Put the driven wheel assembly through the new 138mm synchronous belt, and place the 4 bearing adjustment positions in the corresponding slots.
Use an S2.5 Allen key to tighten the eight screws that fix the bearing cover plate.
Align the shift dial with the D-type shaft, and use an S2.0 Allen key to tighten the screws that fix the shift dial.
1. Use an S2.5 Allen key to pre-tighten the four screws that fix the motor, and at the same time push the motor inward to tighten the synchronous belt, then tighten the screws and insert the motor harness into the motor terminal. (Install the driven pulley assembly belt)
2. Use the S2.5 Allen key to pre-tighten the four screws that fix the motor. At the same time, push the motor inward to tighten the synchronous belt, then tighten the screws and insert the motor harness into the motor terminal. (Install the transmission spindle belt)
1. Use the S2.0 Allen key to tighten the two screws securing the signal input board and the power cover.
2. Tighten the screws securing the cover using an S2.5 Allen key, and then glue the foot pads.
Install the teflon tube, then plug the ACE Pro signal cable and power cord back into the connector.
