¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before unplugging the signal cable, please turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Unplug the signal cable
Unplug the 6pin end of the signal cable from the back of the ACE Pro, then unplug the 4pin end of the signal cable from the printer base.
¶ Step 3: Replace the signal cable
Replace the signal cable with a new one, then plug the 6pin and 4pin ends of the signal cable back into the ACE Pro and printer base, respectively.
¶ Step 4: Open the printer
After turning on the printer and the ACE Pro, please check whether the ACE Pro is connected to the printer. If it is not connected, please reconnect the signal cable.
