¶ 2. Replacement Steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before replacing accessories, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Remove the control screen
①Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the control screen and remove the control screen.
②Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws of the control screen adapter plate.
¶ Step 3: Remove the bottom cover of the printer
①Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws of the bottom cover.
②Unplug the cooling fan cable and remove the cover.
¶ Step 4: Replace the control screen cable
①Unplug the control screen cable connected to the motherboard.
②Remove the control screen adapter assembly and replace the control screen cable.
③Install the adapter plate and connect the other end of the cable to the motherboard.
¶ Step 5: Install the bottom cover
① Connect the cooling fan cable back to the motherboard.
② Install the cover and use an S2.5 Allen key to fix the cover screws.
¶ Step 6: Install the control screen
① Use an S2.0 hex wrench to install and fix the control screen adapter plate.
② Install the control screen and use an S2.5 Allen key to fix it.
