First, press the buckle of the print head shell, remove the print head shell, and then check whether the hot end is stuck. If the quick release hot end is loose or there is filament residue on the nozzle, the nozzle may press down the hot bed or scrape the model during printing, causing printing failure.
If abnormal spots appear on the first layer of the model during printing, please use clean water or detergent to clean the surface of the printing platform.
Before printing the first layer, please click "Hot bed temperature" on the display screen, set the temperature to the hot bed printing temperature of the model you want to print, and wait for 5~10 minutes for heating.
Use the S2.5 Allen key to turn the four screws of the hot bed counterclockwise by 1/4 turn.
Reprint (be sure to check the leveling option), you can fine-tune the hot bed screws and level it multiple times to obtain a relatively satisfactory first-layer printing effect.
Note: Under normal circumstances, the first-layer printing only verifies the printer's extreme flatness effect. A slight virtual layer phenomenon will not have a substantial impact on the normal model printing of the printer, so please feel free to use it.
