¶ 3.Remove ACE Pro:
¶ Step 1: Remove the ACE Pro teflon tube
(1) Return the filaments inside the print head to ACE Pro, and then remove the four teflon tubes above the print head.
(2) The ACE Pro teflon tube is at the rear of the machine, and the blue clasp needs to be removed. Press the clasp and pull the teflon tube outward at the same time. The blue clasp needs to be stuck to the buffer mechanism again, and then all the teflon tubes are arranged into PE bags and placed in ACE Pro.
¶ Step 2: Remove the ACE Pro power cord and signal cable
Remove the ACE Pro signal cable and power cord, then place it and the cable clip into the bubble bag, and then close the bubble bag.
¶ Step 3: Pack ACE Pro accessories
Place the packed kit inside the ACE Pro, then place the teflon tube and installation instructions on top of the kit.
¶ Step 4: Pack ACE Pro
Insert pearl wool from the left and right sides of the ACE Pro, then place it in a moisture-proof bag.
¶ 4.Remove printer accessories:
¶ Step 1: Remove the print head module
(1) Use the S1.5 Allen key to unscrew the two screws holding the print head cable, and then remove the print head cable.
(2) Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the four screws holding the print head module and remove them from the support.
¶ Step 2: Remove the left and right diagonal tie rod
Clean the left and right diagonal tie rod, and then remove the cleaned diagonal tie rod.
¶ Step 3: Remove the motor connection wire
(1) Pull the X-axis to the top, move the X-axis module to the middle, and unplug the motor line at the end of the X-axis.
(2) Then unplug the left and right end of the Z-axis motor wire.
¶ Step 4: Remove the display screen
Finally, remove the display cable, then loosen the two screws holding the display, and remove the display.
¶ Step 5: Remove the gantry
(1) Raise the gantry frame to the top, tighten and cut off the two cable ties on the left and right sides after they are flush with the screws, put small cable ties into the X-axis end, and then fix the foam.
(2) Loosen the screws on the left and right sides of the gantry, and then remove the gantry assembly.
¶ 5.Packing steps:
¶ Step 1: Pack the hot bed
The hotbed foam is stuffed into the hot bed, so that the hot bed is flush with the motor, and then the motor lines on the left and right sides are arranged into the profile.
¶ Step 2: Package the printer accessories
Place the hotbed, print head, display screen, material rack, print head wire, tool kit, power cord and signal cable into the foam.
¶ Step 3: Pack the gantry frame and diagonal tie rod
(1) Then put the foam into the specified position
(2) Place the dismantled gantry frame on the foam cotton according to the picture below
(3) Put the foam in the top cover and install the left and right diagonal tie rod.
¶ Step 4: Box the machine
(1) The installed components of the whole machine are packed in a moisture-proof bag with the opening of the moisture-proof bag facing upward, and then put into the packing box.
(2) Put the packed ACE Pro into the carton, then put the left and right baffles into the carton, and finally seal the carton with transparent tape.
