¶ 2. Replacement steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before replacing accessories, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Disassembly of the print head module
①Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws of the print head module.
②Use the S1.5 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws of the print head connection line.
¶ Step 3: Disassemble the break detection board
①Remove the print head nozzle.
②Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws of the module housing.
③Use the S1.5 Allen key to unscrew the cooling fan screws, unplug the connection wires and remove the fan.
④Unplug the connection wires on the adapter board.
⑤Use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws that fix the adapter board and remove it.
⑥Use a screwdriver to unscrew the fixing screws of the break detection board and replace the detection board.
¶ Step 4: Install the material break detection board
①Use a screwdriver to install the fixed detection board,
②Install the adapter board and reconnect the connection line.
③Reconnect the cooling fan wiring and use the S1.5 Allen key to fix the cooling fan.
④Install the module housing and use the S2.5 Allen key to fix it.
⑤Install the module cooling fan nozzle.
¶ Step 5: Install the print head module
①Reconnect the print head connection line and use the S1.5 Allen key to fix it.
②Use the S2.5 Allen key to install and fix the print head module.
