¶ 2. Disassembly steps:
¶ Step 1: Prepare for disassembly
If there are filaments in the hotend, please click "Retract" from the display to return the filaments to ACE Pro, then cool the nozzle to below 50 degrees and turn off the printer.
¶ Step 2: Remove the print head cover
Remove the print head cover from the print head module.
¶ Step 3: Remove quick release nozzle
Pull the lever upwards and remove the quick release nozzle.
¶ 3. Installation steps:
¶ Step 1: Install the quick release nozzle
(1)Replace the new quick release nozzle.
(2)Install the new quick-release nozzle, insert it into the cooling block until it is flush with the cooling block under the throat step, then press down the handle to secure the nozzle.
¶ Step 2: Install the print head cover
Then install the cover back to the print head module, and the quick release nozzle replacement is completed.
