¶ Troubleshooting Guide:
¶ 1. The ejector mechanism cannot rebound
¶ Troubleshooting steps:
1. Can the ejector mechanism rebound normally as shown in the figure?
If it cannot rebound normally, refer to the following steps for troubleshooting.
2. If it cannot rebound normally, the internal tension spring may fall off and need to be reinstalled.
1). Use an S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws of the ejector mechanism assembly.
2). Use an S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the bottom fixing screws of the ejector mechanism assembly. Gently remove the back cover to prevent small internal parts from falling.
3). Reinstall the tension spring.
4). Press the paddle to ①, and at the same time clamp the tension spring to positions ② and ③.
5). Install the back cover of the ejector mechanism assembly and tighten the fixing screws with an S2.0 Allen key.
6) Install the ejector mechanism on the machine and tighten it with an S2.5 Allen key
3. After the repair is completed, check whether the ejector mechanism is working properly. Move the print head to the far right and move the print head back and forth as shown in the figure below.
