●S2.5 Allen key
¶ 2. Replacement steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before replacing accessories, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Remove the X-axis motor housing
① Unplug the X-axis motor connection wire.
② Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws of the housing.
¶ Step 3: Remove the X-axis motor
① Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws of the X-axis motor.
② Tilt the motor synchronous wheel and separate the X-axis belt.
¶ Step 4: Install the X-axis motor
① Take out the new motor, tilt the motor and install the X-axis belt.
② Use the S2.5 Allen key to install and fix the motor.
¶ Step 5: Install the motor housing
① Install the housing and fix it with the S2.5 Allen key.
② Reconnect the X-axis motor connection wire.
