¶ 2. Replacement steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Before replacing accessories, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Remove the belt tensioner
① Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the belt tension adjustment screw.
② Use the S3.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the tensioner and remove the tensioner.
¶ Step 3: Remove the belt
① Tilt the machine and move the printer hot bed to the rear end.
② Remove both ends of the belt from the fixing.
¶ Step 4: Install the belt
① Clip one end of the new belt into the fixing.
② Pass the other end of the belt through the Y-axis motor synchronous pulleys at both ends.
③ Clip the other end of the belt into the fixing.
¶ Step 5: Install the belt tensioner
① Clip the tensioner spring into the fixing hole.
② Press the tensioner to align the fixing screw holes and use an S3.0 Allen key to fix it.
③ Press the tensioner to clamp the Y-axis belt into the tensioner pulley.
④ Use an S2.5 Allen key to install the belt adjustment screw.
