S2.5 Allen Key
S3.0 Allen key
1. Use an S2.5 Allen Key to unscrew the Y-axis belt tensioner fixing screw and remove the belt from the tensioner.
2.Use an S3.0 Allen Key to unscrew the Y-axis belt tensioner fixing screw.
1. Place the torsion spring into the Y-axis belt tensioner. The installation position of the torsion spring is as shown in the figure.
2.Align the Y-axis belt tensioner hole position with the sheet metal hole position.
3.At the same time, align the tensioner hole with the sheet metal hole and tighten the Y-axis belt tensioner fixing screw with an S3.0 Allen Key.
1. Install the Y-axis timing belt.
2.Tighten the Y-axis timing belt as shown in the figure, and use an S2.5 Allen Key (it is recommended to hold an L-shaped short-side wrench, and do not tighten the Y-axis tensioner fixing screw too much to avoid damage to the Y-axis tensioner) to tighten the Y-axis tensioner fixing screw.
