Replacement required parts: motherboard
¶ 2. Disassembly steps:
¶ Step 1: Remove the motherboard bottom cover
Use the S2.0 Allen key to remove the two fixing screws of the motherboard.
Remove the bottom cover and remove the model cooling fan cable from the motherboard.
¶ Step 2: Remove the Hotbed cable
Remove the red and black cables of the hotbed, the T1 cable of the hotbed, and the ACC cable of the hotbed respectively.
Then cut off the rolled strips that hold the hotbed cables.
¶ Step 3: Disassemble Hotbed
Remove the spring steel and use the S2.0 Allen Key to remove the four screws that secure the heated bed.
¶ 3. Installation process
¶ Step 1: Install hotbed
Install the new hotbed, use the S2.0 Allen Key to fix the four screws, and place the spring steel.
¶ Step 2: Install the hot bed cable
Insert the red and black cable of the hotbed (red on top and black on the bottom), the
hotbed T1 cable, and the hotbed ACC cable into the corresponding terminals respectively.
Then plug in the motherboard cooling fan cable.
¶ Step 3: Install the bottom case
Use an S2.0 Allen Key to install and fix the bottom case.
After the installation is complete, turn on the machine, perform automatic leveling again, and then you can start printing.
