Generally, it can be assembled in 1 hour and 30 minutes. (For the specific installation process, please refer to the unpacking video)
The machine needs to be preheated and detected, and the whole process takes 5-8 minutes
Length/width/height: 220 * 220 * 250 mm
The standard configuration is a 0.4mm nozzle, which can support an accuracy range of 0.05-0.3mm
Only 1.75mm diameter filaments are supported
Offline printing and online printing are supported, and offline printing is generally recommended
Nozzle 260℃, hot bed 110℃
Printing speed 20-100mm/s (X50mm/s is recommended for better printing effect)
1. Ensure that the nozzle filament is evenly discharged, and the printer will automatically re-level;
2. Check whether the D-type wheel on the Y axis of the printing platform is close to the profile track. If there is a gap, use a suitable wrench to adjust the eccentric nut.
Move the X/Y axis back and forth or feel the tension of the belt with your hand. If it is tight, it will jam, and if it is loose, it will shake.
For PLA material: layer height 0.2mm, wall thickness 1.2mm, top and bottom thickness 1.2mm, filling 15%~25%, printing speed 50~60, nozzle temperature 190~210, hot bed 45~60, support type (depending on the model, it is not recommended to print too thick support), platform attachment type (Brim), retraction speed 40-80, retraction length 6~8mm, and other parameters can be kept as default (the corresponding material recommended parameters can also be imported from the TF card)
1. The motherboard firmware uses the open source program Marlin, based on the GPL-3.0 protocol, Anycubic has been optimized, and it is not open source at present
2. The screen firmware is fully independently developed and is not open source at present
1. The temperature of the hot bed can be set to 65--70℃ (PLA). Check whether the bottom fan speed is set when slicing the model, and check whether the print head blower fan is turned on.
2. Re-leveling
3. Keep the nozzle and the hot bed at the thickness of 1 A4 paper
Adjust the eccentric nut of the D-type wheel fixed on the platform. Manually turn the D-type wheel to close the profile without moving. It cannot be idle but can be rotated; tighten the screws to fix the print head, and print after automatic leveling
1. Check whether the consumables disk is stuck and whether the consumables are out of the consumables rack;
2. Adjust the knob clockwise appropriately;
3. Open the extruder and tighten the locking screw of the active gear, and use a brush to clean the residual powder in the gear groove
4. Click the "wire feed" button on the touch screen to check whether the print head nozzle discharges evenly. If there is no blockage, but there are abnormal noises and slips when the machine is out, it is recommended to directly replace the new extruder.
It is recommended to upgrade the new firmware. If there is a slight fret pattern, it is normal. The printing speed can be increased to 60-70, but there will be a slight heat dissipation problem.
