Troubleshooting method:
1) Check the wiring of the printer head for any loose connections or improper insertion.
2) With the machine powered off, use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the printer head's heating rod line. It should measure around 15Ω. If not, it indicates an abnormality in the printer head's heating rod line. Please try replacing the printer head.
If the above troubleshooting methods did not resolve the issue. It is recommended that you create an after-sales ticket to feed back the process and results of the previous inspection to the after-sales engineer. After-sales engineers will help you solve the problem.(Reply time :1 working day)
