①The occurrence of this problem indicates that the Z-axis limit switch is in the stage of being triggered all the time. Please first check whether the wiring of the Z-axis limit switch is installed correctly, and whether the wiring is disconnected.
②When the machine is powered on, measure the Z-axis limit switch wiring; if the measurement is about 3V, it means that the Z-axis limit switch is the problem.
If none of the above detection methods can be solved, it may be a problem with the motherboard. Please feedback the detailed investigation results to the after-sales engineer.
