Remote extruder: (PLA) First heat the nozzle to 210 degrees, then use pliers to cut the front end of the filament at a 45-degree angle, straighten it, then align it with the Bowden tube on the left side of the extruder, pass through the extruder gear along the aperture, insert it into the device print head along the tube, click to feed the wire, until the filament flows out of the nozzle
Normal room temperature is fine. If the ambient temperature is below 10 degrees, the hot bed temperature needs to be increased to about 70 degrees for printing. The recommended ambient temperature is 8℃-40℃
Adjust the platform to fix the eccentric nut of the D-type wheel. Manually turn the D-type wheel to close the profile without moving. It cannot be idle but can rotate; tighten the screws to fix the print head, and print after automatic leveling.
1. Check whether the consumable material disk is stuck and whether the consumable material has escaped from the consumable rack;
2. Adjust the knob clockwise appropriately;
3. Open the extruder and tighten the locking screw of the active gear. Use a brush to clean the residual powder in the gear groove
4. Click the "wire feed" button on the touch screen to check whether the print head nozzle discharges the material evenly. If there is no blockage, but there is abnormal noise and slipping, it is recommended to replace the extruder directly.
