Please try to adjust the print head temperature by +-5℃.
Lower temperatures may result in unsmooth output from the print head, while higher temperatures will release the liquid filaments prematurely. If you encounter this problem when using new filament, you can refer to this solution.
Please refer to the unpacking video to check whether the printer is shaking, and whether the rotation of the D-wheel (appearance of black rubber) is slippery. If so, please adjust it until it can just rotate.
Note: If the D-wheel is too tight, it will accelerate its loss and cause the moving shaft to be stuck.

Please loosen the two screws of the coupling and then retighten them.
Use a suitable Allen key to check for looseness of the screws shown below.
If so, please refer to the Unboxing Video Adjustment section to adjustment your printer.
