S2.5 Allen key
Required accessories: driving wheel
Before replacing, please turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
Unplug the ACE Pro signal cable and power cord, then remove the teflon tube.
1. Remove the four screws fastening the ACE Pro signal input board and power cover using the S2.0 Allen key.
2. Tear off the footpad and use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the six screws holding the ACE Pro's inner case.
Use an S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the two screws holding the multicolor shell, then detach the ACE Pro inner shell.
After removing the fixing screws, hold the two sides of the cover with both hands and separate the shell upwards
(you can use your two feet to fix the shell, and then separate the shell with both hands)
Note: It is a bit difficult to separate the shell, and you need to use force to separate the shell. If necessary, two people can work together.
Use an S2.5 Allen key to loosen the fixing screws of the detection module.
Unplug the four feed detection lines CH1, CH2, CH3, CH4 and the feed detection bus CH in sequence.
Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the two screws on the feed adapter plate.
Use an S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the four bearing pressure plate
Use an S2.5 Allen key to remove the four screws that secure the silver motor, and then remove the motor wires.
Then remove the belt from the motor and remove the belt from the driving pulley.
Replace the new driving wheel, pass the belt through the driving wheel, and then put it into the slot, and put the four bearings into the corresponding slots.
Install the belt on the motor, secure the motor using an S2.5 Allen key, and plug in the motor cable.
1. Install the bottom case.
2. Install the multi-color panel, and then use the S2.5 Allen Key to tighten the two screws that secure the multi-color panel.
1. Use an S2.0 Allen Key to tighten the screws that secure the power interface, and then install the cover and tighten the two screws that secure the cover.
Then install the screws of the signal board
2.Use an S2.5 Allen key to tighten the screws securing the housing, then glue on the foot pads.
