¶ 2. Disassembly Steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the device
Before replacing accessories, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Disassemble the Four-input One-output Module
① Unplug the signal line at the rear cover.
② Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the four-input one-output module.
¶ Step 3: Disassemble the motherboard cooling fan
① Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the rear cover and remove the rear cover.
② Remove the cable tie that fixes the cooling fan connection line and unplug the cooling fan wiring plug.
③ Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the fan fixing plate.
¶ Step 4: Replace the driver board
① Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the driver board and remove the ground wire.
②Remove the wiring connected to the driver board one by one and replace the new driver board.
③Reconnect the driver board wiring and use the S2.0 Allen key to install and fix the driver board screws and ground wire.
¶ Step 5: Install the driver board cooling fan
①Install the fan fixings and use the S2.0 Allen key to fix it.
②Connect the wiring plug of the cooling fan back to the driver board port.
③Use a cable tie to fix the connection wire.
④Install the cover and use the S2.0 Allen key to fix it.
¶ Step 6: Install the four-input and one-outlet
①Use the S2.0 Allen key to install and fix the four-input and one-outlet.
②Connect the signal line.
