Replacing the material break detection board requires power off.
S2.0 Allen wrench*1
1. Remove the front shell of the print head and remove the fan plug.
2. Use the S2.0 Allen wrench to unscrew the fixing screws of the rear shell of the print head.
3. Remove the blue buckle, press the black press head and remove the feed tube at the same time.
1. Remove the wire harness plugs of the material break detection board and the cutter detection board.
2. Remove the wiring harness from the buckle.
3. Use the S2.0 Allen wrench to unscrew the fixing screws of the extruder module.
4. Remove the extruder assembly.
1. Use the S2.0 Allen wrench to unscrew the fixing screws of the cooling fan assembly.
2. Use an S2.0 hexagonal wrench to unscrew the fixing screws of the cutter assembly and remove the upper cover of the extruder module.
3. Press the swing piece tightly and remove the material break detection plate.
1. Take out the new material break detection board, press the swing piece, and put in the material break detection board
2. Install the extruder cover and cutter assembly, and use an S2.0 hexagonal wrench to tighten the fixing screws of the cutter assembly.
3. Use an S2.0 hexagonal wrench to unscrew the fixing screws of the cooling fan assembly.
1. Align the extruder module with the print head and tighten the extruder module fixing screws using an S2.0 hexagonal wrench.
2.Clip the cable into the slot.
3. Insert the wire harness of the material break detection board and the wire harness of the cutter detection board into the main board of the print head.
4. Insert the feed tube into the pressing head and clamp the pressing head with the blue buckle.
1. Use the S2.0 hexagonal wrench to tighten the fixing screws of the shell behind the print head.
2. Align and plug in the wire harness of the model cooling fan.
3. Clamp the print head shell inward to ensure that the shell is not loose.
