¶ 2. Disassembly steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the device
Before replacing accessories, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Disassemble the four-input and one-output module
① Unplug the signal line at the rear cover.
② Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the four-input and one-output module.
¶ Step 3: Disassemble the motherboard cooling fan
① Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the rear cover and remove the rear cover.
② Remove the cable tie that fixes the cooling fan connection line and unplug the cooling fan wiring plug.
③ Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the fan fixing plate.
④ Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the cooling fan.
¶ Step 4: Install the motherboard cooling fan
① Replace the fan and install it with an S2.5 Allen key.
②Install the fan fixings and fix them with an S2.0 Allen key.
③Connect the wiring plug of the cooling fan back to the motherboard port.
④Use a cable tie to fix the connection line.
⑤Install the cover and fix it with an S2.0 Allen key.
¶ Step 5: Install the four-input and one-outlet
①Use an S2.0 Allen key to fix the four-input and one-outlet.
②Connect the signal cable.
