Preparation before connection:
1. Connect to the router WiFi signal band 2.4GHz, do not support 5GHz signal band.
2. Only connect to the 2.4GHz signal band, do not support 2.4GH and 5GHz mixed band WiFi.
3. Do not support networks with secondary authentication.
4. Do not support network proxy connection.
Click "Network" - ①'WLAN' - ②Find your WiFi name - ③Click to enter the WiFi password - ④Click "OK" - Wait for WiFi to connect - ⑤WiFi is successfully connected. A cloud icon appears in the upper right corner, indicating that the server is successfully connected
1. A pop-up message appears: Network connection failed. Cause of this fault: The WiFi account and WiFi password are inconsistent, resulting in connection failure.
2. Please check whether your WiFi name and WiFi password are entered correctly.
1. There is no cloud icon in the upper right corner, only the WiFi icon.
2. Check whether the router has a firewall turned on, resulting in failure to connect to the cloud service.
3. Check whether the secondary authentication network WiFi network is connected.
