If the waste at the bottom of the hot bed has not been cleaned for a long time, the hot bed may be interfered with by the waste when it descends after abnormal printing, resulting in height errors of the hot bed.
If the following situations are found, refer to the following guidelines to recalibrate the flatness of the hot bed.
① Lower the hot bed to the bottom of the machine and tilt the printer.
② Use an S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the belt tensioner.
③ Loosen the belt tensioning spring.
④ Pull the Z-axis belt to the right to lower the hot bed, and lower one side of the hot bed to the bottom of the machine.
⑤ Manually turn the screw on the abnormal side of the hot bed (you can turn the screw while wearing gloves) to lower the hot bed to the bottom position, so that both sides of the hot bed are in a flat state.
(Because the resistance is large when the screw is turned when the hot bed is tilted, you can use both hands to turn the screw)
⑥ Install the tensioning spring to tighten the Z-axis belt.
⑦Use an S2.5 Allen key to tighten the belt tensioner screw.
