¶ 2. Disassembly steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the printer
Please check that the nozzle temperature is below 50 degrees, then turn off the printer and disconnect the power supply to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Remove print head case
(1)First, please press both sides of the cooling air duct according to the following picture, and remove the front cover of the print head outwards.
(2)Disconnect the model cooling fan connection wire and extension cable, and place the print head case aside.
¶ Step 3: Remove nozzle silicone sleeve
Then move the print head to the convenient position and remove the nozzle silicone sleeve.
¶ 3. Installation steps:
¶ Step 1: Install nozzle silicone sleeve
Prepare a new nozzle silicone sleeve, then push the silicone sleeve up to the tip of the nozzle to make sure it is in place.
¶ Step 2: Install print head case
(1)Please connect the model cooling fan with the extension cable, and arrange the cable.
(2)Finally, fasten the print head case on the print head.
