Replacing the switch power supply requires power off, please do not operate with power on.
¶ 1. Tools:
S2.0 Allen Key
Cross screwdriver
¶ 2. Removal steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the power
Turn off the switch and unplug the power cord.
¶ Step 2: Remove the rear cover
1. Press the black buckle to pull the feed tube upwards and unplug the signal line plug of the stall detection module.
2. Use the S2.0 Allen Key to unscrew the rear cover fixing screws.
¶ Step 3: Remove the power switch
1. Use an S2.0 Allen Key to unscrew the protective cover of the power switch.
2.Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws that secure the wiring harness.
3.Use an S2.0 Allen Key to unscrew the fan sheet metal fixing screws.
4.Use the S2.0 Allen Key to unscrew the screws that secure the power switch.
¶ 3. Installation steps
¶ Step 1: Fix the switch power supply
Take out the new switch power supply, align the switch power supply fixing space with the cover space, and tighten the fixing screws with an S2.0 Allen Key.
¶ Step 2: Install the wiring harness
1. Use a cross screwdriver to tighten the wiring harness fixing screws.
Tips: Please do not connect the positive and negative poles incorrectly, black is negative and red is positive.
2. Use an S2.0 Allen Key to tighten the box cover fixing screws.
3. Use an S2.0 Allen Key to tighten the fan sheet metal fixing screws.
¶ Step 3: Install the cover
1. Use an S2.0 Allen Key to tighten the rear cover fixing screws.
2. Insert the feed tube into the black buckle of the stall detection module, and insert the stall detection module signal line into the adapter board.
