¶ 2. Replacement steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the device
Before replacing accessories, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Remove the printhead signal cable
①Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws on both sides of the printhead module housing.
②Remove the housing and unplug the signal cable wiring plug of the adapter board at the printhead module
③Use the S2.5N Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws of the signal cable protective shell.
④Separate the material tube and wire clamp on the protective shell.
⑤Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the fixing screws at the other end of the protective shell.
⑥Unplug the connection line plug at the other end of the signal cable and remove the signal cable.
¶ Step 3: Install the printhead signal cable
①Replace the signal cable and pull out the damaged signal cable for replacement.
②Reconnect the printhead signal cable.
③ Use an S2.0 hexagonal wrench to install and fix the protective shell.
④ Use an S2.5 hexagonal wrench to install and fix the screws of the protective shell at the module.
⑤ Connect the signal cable connection cable back to the adapter plate.
⑥ Install the module shell and fix it with an S2.0 hexagonal wrench.
⑦ Install the wire clamp and clamp the wire clamp into the movable gap of the protective shell.
