Note: Raise the Z axis to facilitate the removal of the print head
¶ 2. Removal steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the device
Before replacing the thermistor, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Remove the print head
① Remove the print head module housing, unplug the model cooling fan connection line, and remove the housing.
② Turn the print head quick release fixture upward to loosen the fixed print head hot end.
③ Remove the connection line plug of the print head hot end.
¶ Step 3: Remove the thermistor connection line
① Remove the silicone sleeve of the print head hot end.
② Use the S1.5 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the hot end connection line and remove the connection line.
¶ Step 4: Install the print head
① Replace the thermistor connection line and use the S1.5 Allen key to install and fix it.
②Install the print head silicone sleeve, install the print head hose into the print head assembly, and connect the print head cable plug.
③Rotate the print head quick release fixture downward to fix the print head hot end.
④Connect the shell cooling fan cable and install the print head module shell.
