¶ 2. Replacement steps:
¶ Step 1: Turn off the device
Before replacing accessories, make sure to turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord to ensure safe operation.
¶ Step 2: Remove the four-input and one-output module
① Unplug the signal line at the rear cover position.
② Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the four-input and one-output module.
¶ Step 3: Remove the rear cover
Use the S2.0 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the rear cover and remove the rear cover.
¶ Step 4: Replace the Z-axis motor
① Unplug the connection wire connecting the Z-axis motor.
② Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the belt tensioner.
③ Loosen the belt tensioning spring.
④ Use the S2.5 Allen key to unscrew the screws that fix the Z-axis motor.
⑤ Tilt the Z-axis motor, separate the belt, and remove the motor.
⑥ Replace the motor and install the belt into the motor synchronous wheel according to the original steps.
⑦ Install the tension spring to tighten the Z-axis belt.
⑧ Use the S2.5 Allen key to fix the belt tensioner screw.
⑨ Reconnect the connection wire to the Z-axis motor.
¶ Step 5: Install the rear cover
Install the cover and fix it with an S2.0 Allen key.
¶ Step 6: Install the four-in-one-out
① Use the S2.0 Allen key to reinstall the four-in-one-out.
② Connect the signal line.
